Terms and conditions of rent

These provisions apply to that contract to stay at our rental units. The purpose is to bring clarity to the agreed conditions in advance, so we are able to serve our guests the best possible way.

Tenant’s responsibilities
Tenants / order must be over 22 years, even those responsible for house / apartment during your stay. Guests may be asked to show photo identification at check-in. Payment

Cancellation

Check-in

Additional

Other Terms
There must be peace in the device at 22 on weekdays and at 23 on weekends and holidays.

Cleaning-tenants’ responsibilities

No smoking
There is no smoking on all our cottages and apartments. We ask all our guests to respect

Appeals
